Document checklist:

 

  1. Two of the following pieces of identification: Passport and/or ID Card, along with Driver’s License or National Insurance Scheme (NIS) card.
  2. Proof of address: Utility Bill, other bank statement, hire purchase agreement or rental agreement with receipts from landlord.
  3. Original Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) Certificate.
  4. Job letter along with last three months’ payslips.
  5. If self-employed, Income Statement & Balance Sheet from a Certified Accountant for the last two years (if available). Verification of stated income & expenses (such as Bank Statements, Invoices, Bills, Letters from major customers, etc.) along with your Business Registration.
  6. Confirmation of existing loans, credit card debt, disclosed assets and savings.
